Policy Overview

Nealey Tire & Auto offers free lifetime alignment checks, tire rotations, and brake inspections as a result of purchasing at least 2 tires in one visit. This is part of our commitment to providing value and maintaining your vehicle's performance and safety. This policy outlines the terms, conditions, and limitations of this offer.

1. Eligibility

Who Is Eligible

• Customers who purchase at least 2 tires that we procure and install in a single visit for a single vehicle from Nealey Tire & Auto.
• The offer is valid for the lifetime ownership of the purchased tires by the original purchaser.

Participating Locations

• Free services are available exclusively at Nealey Tire & Auto locations.

2. Services Included

Free Lifetime Alignment Checks

• Visual inspection of suspension components.
• Verification of alignment angles using diagnostic equipment.
• Recommendations for further action if misalignment is detected (alignment adjustments not included).

Free Lifetime Tire Rotations

• Rotations based on vehicle manufacturer's guidelines to ensure even tire wear.
• Includes tire pressure checks and adjustments.

Free Lifetime Brake Inspections

• Visual inspection of brake pads, rotors, calipers, and fluid levels.
• Recommendations for repairs or replacements if necessary.

3. Limitations

General Limitations

• Services must be performed at Nealey Tire & Auto.
• Free services apply only to the vehicle originally associated with the qualifying purchase.
• The vehicle owner must present the original invoice or proof of purchase to redeem services.
• Services are subject to availability and require an appointment.

Exclusions

The following are not included in the free services:

• Parts, labor, or repairs arising from the inspection (e.g., alignment adjustments, brake pad replacement).
• Vehicles used for commercial purposes (e.g., rideshare, delivery, or fleet vehicles), unless otherwise stated in a fleet service agreement.
• Damage caused by neglect, abuse, or modifications to the vehicle.
• Tires or wheels that are oversized, aftermarket, or not installed by Nealey Tire & Auto.

Frequency Limitations

• Tire rotations and brake inspections are limited to once every 5,000 miles or 6 months, whichever comes first.
• Alignment checks are limited to once every 12,000 miles or annually, unless signs of misalignment are present.

4. Conditions of Service

• Nealey Tire & Auto reserves the right to deny service if the vehicle is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for inspection or rotation (e.g., severely worn tires, structural damage).
• Services will not be performed if the vehicle is missing required components (e.g., wheel locks without keys).

5. Transferability

• This policy is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

6. Cancellation or Modification of Policy

Nealey Tire & Auto reserves the right to cancel or modify this policy at any time without prior notice, provided such changes do not affect services already claimed or scheduled.

7. Disclaimer

This policy does not limit or replace any warranties or guarantees provided by tire or brake manufacturers.
