Had them replace two tires on an EV and two tires on a Jeep as well as a brake job. Prices were competitive and unlike other places, they took care of the work on both vehicles in 2 days.

My sister borrowed the car and called me to say something came loose and is dragging. She took a photo and I forwarded it to Nealey. I then called them and Colin had already ordered the part and made a tentative appointment for my approval. Came in, first thing the next day and they installed the fuel tank straps immediately. Outstanding customer service!

Brought in my Passat for an alignment. They found a number of other things (transmission fluid needed replacing, brake rotors were warped, front tires needed replacing due to uneven wear). They included pictures and explanations for everything that I was able to double-check, so I didn't feel like they were charging me for anything I didn't need. Lenny was super communicative the whole time and they had all the work done pretty quick!

They were all very accommodating.. answered my questions.. Colin , if he is at front desk, went above and beyond to fix my key remote.. so very grateful!!!
