I had awesome service! I have an older suv and needed complete front brake service. I had my vehicle back within 24hrs. I appreciate the repair especially in the quick manner!!

I was misled about the pricing for their service to get me to make an appointment and was told a much higher price once they had my car.

I have an 07 Buick that would not start and required a tow the shop in Deale. They brought the car in when it arrived and had the issue (bad fuel pump rely) diagnosed in less than 2 hours. My vehicle was ready for pickup at 9AM the next morning. Cant thank Andy and the team enough for fast service and reasonable cost.

Nealey's took care of my Tire Problem an on Schedule. Also they were kind enough to replace my cabin air filter after I couldn't do it myself! I highly recommend this Tire & auto Shop! Good people!!

Very professional and did a great job

They did a great job and were very honest.

I didn’t end up getting any work done but the journey has been worth mentioning. To start the team was respectful, did a great job of explaining things and they were quite timely on how long things should take. For my initial car issue, I was told to come in to get their hands on opinion. We set up a time and they checked everything and gave me a list of recommendations. The day of the free check they also had capacity to do the work but I’d need to wait a few hours for the parts to get there. That wouldn’t work for my schedule so I asked for a later date. I get in on the later date and the parts haven’t been ordered. Im just sitting here in awe, confused why setting a different appointment to get the work done wouldn’t be grounds for getting the parts needed for the work.

Great people, made sure that the work was in fact needed and didn't try to upsell at all. Would highly recommend.
