Do not take your vehicle here they will charge you for services that were not rendered. They will refuse to do the work on your vehicle unless you allow them to do all work recommended and then they will hold your vehicle hostage until you pay them $185 diagnostic fee, the only way to get your vehicle back is to pay them and sue them as I am now going to do . I have no problem paying for services to my vehicles. In fact, my other car is in the dealership right now getting ready to be picked up so I have no problem paying for services to my vehicles. I just do not like to be ripped off and this company will rip you off.

Dropped off on tuesday said it would be done by friday cob AC not working they gave price and said do work .they called wednesday afternoon and said it was done being a work van that was awesome

First Time using Nealey Tire in Deale. I called to make an appointment and was asked if I was leaving the truck for the day, I said no, I needed it in the afternoon and then was provided multiple hourly options to drop off for an oil change, and tire rotation. The scheduled time was established for 7:30AM, the truck was dropped off at 7:00AM using the drop box. I contacted the garage in the afternoon and it was not done, again called around 2PM and still was not done. I reminded the service manager of our appointment conversation and I needed The truck in the afternoon. I called around 4PM and the truck was still not done. I walked into the garage just prior to 5PM and truck work was still not done and was told it would not be done until 5:30PM. I asked the service manager why I was given hourly appointment time, my vehicle was the first Apt. time dropped off prior to opening and the last vehicle looked at prior to closing at 5:30PM while I waited in the parking lot. I was told they don’t do appointments and are not that kind of garage. The tire rotation was never Completed. Why imply you do appointment and never tell the customer it takes all day to do an oil change and you don’t complete the work write. On drop box form and in mechanic notes at the time appointment was made?

SCAMMERS!!! DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR IN THE HANDS OF THESE THIEVES ! I dropped my Chevy Equinox off to these ppl about 3 months ago. I suspected that the car needed a new timing chain. They gave me a quote at over 3000 but obviously had never assessed the car for them selves yet told me that they did. They said indeed the problem was the timing chain. LIE NUMBER 1!!! After that once they actually did LOOK at the car they called back saying the timing chain was in tact and my car was in good condition but water had gotten into my fuel tank and that was causing the issue. They showed me pictures (which I now don’t even believe that was my car) Yes I believe these scammers are that deep! They charged me 1,700 to get the so called water out of the tank! So fast forward 3 months the car did the exact same thing i originally took it to them for. I told them this time i believed it was the fuel pump. Guess what they said ? You guessed ! they said yup ur right “it’s the fuel pump ma’am” they wanted 1,900 to replace a fuel pump assembly in a 2010 Chevy Equinox. U can look up the part and labor for yourself and even call a shop to verify if u really wanna put energy into verifying what I’m saying . I instantly got a bad vibe! I knew these ppl were not being honest. I checked around with 5 different car shops in the area and none of them were even half that price. I told them to not do anything to my car and everything about his tone said some B.S was a brew. My anxiety was on a thousand as long as my car was at that shop! I am an unemployed black female raising 2 grand children and that figure alone made my stomach sink but to know these ppl were crooks and had my only source of transportation literally TERRIFIED ME! I came and had my car towed to another shop in the area and told them what these what these scammers told me. First thing asked me was had anything been done to the car recently because they couldn’t see the car had Ben tampered with . I explained what happened and they told me that there was no evidence that anything these ppl charged me for was done!!! Also that nothing was wrong with any of my fuel pumps and in fact I actually have a computer issue. I knew when I picked my key up from Nealey’s that man was lying. He couldn’t even look me in my face. Usually thy charge u for a diagnostic but they didn’t…. Why because there would be a paper trail of their criminal behavior! My car broke down about a half block away from their shop. The police pushed my car into the Bp on solley rd. I had my 2 grandkids in the car so obviously that was a desperate situation and these animals took full advantage with absolutely no shame in robbing a woman with young children at her side! This shop was once under the name challenger and very different back then. I hope to God this place NEVER MAKES ANOTHER DIME AND EACH ONE OF THEM THAT HAD A HAND IN ROBING ME GETS EXACTLY WHAT THEY DESERVE AND LOOSE THAT $1700 10 times over! YOU ALL HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Regarding your visit from back in March I know you had the car towed in thinking it needed new timing chains and after multiple test were ran yes everything was leading towards a timing chain repair. When in process of doing repairs yes there was a test that was over looked with water being in the gas. We did end up addressing that quickly and went over everything with you with what happen and had pictures and videos as well to show for documentation so you can see what we see. It also cut the repair bill in half. Yes we are all human and make small mistakes and did own up to. After the repairs were made Your car was running great for about 5 months. When you recently had it towed back in everything was leading again towards a fuel issue there was no diagnosis charge because it was something going on with the fuel system at the time. The fuel pump was working intermittently. Thats why we were deeming that as casue of the issue first. I know the repairs were on the high side we do use high quality parts to maintain our industry leading 5 year 50k mile warranty on all of our repairs (with the exception of wear items) which can lead to slightly higher costs than our competitors that may use lower quality parts. I needed an oil change, pronto. Done. A front suspension issue I’d been putting off was noticed. It’s done! I’m really grateful for the Nealy team in Deale. They were professional, easy to work with, and the cost was very reasonable. I’ll be back!
