Beware of upcharging! I took my car in and asked them to replace a malfunctioning shock. They kept it for 6 hours, charged me $65 for an inspection they had completed a few months prior and didn't replace the shock. Unfortunately, your response to my review is incorrect. I dropped the car off to have the shock changed and asked to be called with a price for that service before any work was done. I was told: "we'll take a look and give you a call." Exact words. 6 hours later I heard back with a list of items (previously brought to my attention on the earlier inspection) and that I shouldn't worry about the shock right now. While I appreciate the advice on the shock, I'd prefer to not be charged for something I did not ask for. I'm sure all of your customers would prefer to have you either do the work requested, or at least be told that they will be charged whether you perform any work or none at all.

Mr. Husk, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I wanted to respond and make sure that we were all on the same page as far as your vehicle is concerned. As we noted 6,000 miles ago, there are several major concerns with the suspension. The "upcharge" that you are referring to is an inspection fee that we made you aware of when you dropped off the vehicle in the event you would not complete any of the recommended repairs. Our ASE certified technician determined during the inspection process that there are numerous issues with the suspension and brakes on the vehicle all of which will cause a rattle/suspension noise that you are referring to. We properly documented all items on your invoice and also with our digital inspection with photos provided. We also showed all of these items to you when it was in the shop and on the lift. The shock that you are referring to is the least severe as far as what we recommend to repair in order of priority. Please see our notes from your work order below: Inspected and found many items of concern as previously noted which were both front tension strut ball joints loose, front upper control arm ball joints loose, right inner and outer tie rod loose, both lower control arm bushings torn, and also noted rear hubs to be extremely loose, but also noted left rear shock lower mounting bolt loose, tightened, but noted bolt is seized through lower bushing, so replacement will require cutting or possible replacement of lower arm, and right rear brake caliper slides worn and caliper rattles freely. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.

Went in today to fix a flat tire to my run flat tires, while most other places like even MR.TIRE says they cannot fix, these guys were courteous enough to help. Well priced too $21. Very happy..
