We found Nealey Auto earlier this year and have returned for every vehicle service, no matter how large or small. We have never been happier with an auto service center. These guys are honest and fair. The fun “Thank You” cards and treats left in our car are always a nice touch and the kids love it! These guys have an awesome thing going - from great auto service to amazing customer service! (Apparently, this won’t let me give a second review and it replaced my initial review from 8 months ago, but as always, 5 stars!)

Absolutely fantastic place to take your vehicle. Staff are extremely friendly, timely, and knowledgeable. They use technology to keep you updated on the status of your repair. Seriously the best experience I've ever had at a mechanic - these are people you can trust!

Great work, and always honest and affordable. I also love that they send text updates and pictures of what's wrong. I never feel like they are trying to rip me off and my car always gets what is needed . Plus they give you a free car wash voucher and lateoy a popsicle. Great work and customer service!
