This was my 4th visit, each super superb and range from a life-in-the balance, then a very thorough all-over check, which led to just a normal oil change & check this time.....and the kindness of checking my son’s “junker” and saving him from pouring money dow a hole. The ultimate comment is the wonderful candid explanations & service. It is like having a super doctor who carefully describes your situation & options...not just “you need an operation”. Being a carefully informed customer is a great luxury. As the owner of two hybrids for 15 years, Nealy is such a breath of fresh air. They really know hybrids and explain nitty gritty in layman’s terms. The dealer NEVER did that! Bonus: they are very friendly, and eager to accommodate.

Great vibe! They tell you how it is and they do what you ask. After using many other auto service centers and always walking away feeling like I wasn’t really sure what had just happened, this was the exact opposite.
