As a local in Edgewater I thought I’d try Nealy as I’ve never been. Walked in and described symptoms that my car was having to the guy at the front desk. He says “sorry we don’t work on anything older then 20 years”. I was shocked as I’ve never heard of this as being an issue. Such a bummer as I was really looking forward to using them in the future as they are super close to my house. Not anymore and that’s a shame. Nealy, not everyone can afford to drive a newer vehicle and older vehicles need to be fixed but I guess that’s to much to ask for.

Mike, we're sorry that your experience with us was not a good one, but due to most of our experiences with vehicles 20 years or older we have a mixed success rate due to the availability of parts for those vehicles, especially factory components, and including our 3 year, 36,000 mile parts and labor warranty is a must for our service. We definitely don't want to part ways on a bad note, so if you'd like to reach out to us with a phone call we'd appreciate the opportunity to make amends.

My driveway is under a magnolia tree. First time ever to have a leak inside my car--of course, from the tubes leading out of the sunroof. Nealey Tire & Auto did a wonderful job. The described what needed to be done when I scheduled the appointment and an estimate of what the diagnosis would cost. On the day of the appointment, they promptly checked me in and then gave me a friendly shuttle ride to my home. My car was ready in a timely manner and the bill was a very pleasant surprise after all the horror stories I read on the Toyota owners site about leaks. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They have made great use of marketing campaigns, the facility is nicely designed, the staff are courteous, and excellent use of technology throughout the transaction. Very glad I went there and will definitely return again.
