I really appreciate the customer service at Nealey Tire and Auto - Rockville. Mario, the manager, was communicative of the problem I was having and how his team could resolve the issue. He was also helpful in addressing other concerns as well. I felt comfortable waiting in the lounge/lobby area while the team performed the work. They were quick but detailed in the work, and showed me what they were doing along the way. It seems that the team really values transparency which is important. If in need, I would recommend them to a friend who had mechanical issues.
