Called to inquire regarding a simple wheel alignment. Person said to come on in and that the service could be performed now. Came over and they stated that they do not have time today and come back next week. Of course no one knew who I spoke to and would not even apologize. Look elsewhere as this place is dishonest from the start.

Was in town from Virginia Beach. Much better than any dealership maintenance I’ve experienced. Excellent Service, friendly staff.

We have taken all our cars to Nealey since they opened and we trust AJ and the staff. They never use the dealer line “oh this must be done or else”. They tell us what is needed now and what is coming due. And their real time updates are great. Their pricing is excellent and when they say your car is ready, it is. Wish I could give 10 stars Dec2019 update: took my car in for an annoying rattle, ready to hear the worst; it was a $15.00 fix Thank you again Nealey !!!!!

Cheap and friendly.

I saw another recommendation on FB that inspired me to make this one!! Years go, after Nealey had just opened, I brought them my 2003 toyota camry that, at the time, was giving me issues upon issues. I shared the car with my mother, but was mostly responsible for any issues/repairs. Nealey helped me get back on the road and back to work right away! As a young person, working holidays at the mall, going to school, Nealey really helped me with fair estimates for the loads of work required. Other mechanics around Edgewater have had me drive off the lot with issues that were not disclosed or repaired, I actually went for a short drive and broke down in the middle of a busy backroad intersection. It was heartbreaking. We went to Nealey after that and had the exhaust replaced, and maybe some automatic steering components, and I was relieved to see my car driving in pristine condition after having experienced a scary breakdown and lots of frstration with "repairs" from other shops. Thank you for keeping me safe. I have since bought a newer car and haven't had any issues, but if Im ever in the area again and have problems I would without a doubt take my car to Nealey. I also have a reusable bag from them that I love lol. I used it just last night. Thank you for being reliable, timely, and compassionate towards a new, and young driver!!
