Love that Nealy always has the latest technology to keep me informed on my auto repair. I receive a text at drop off with a link to my vehicle status and can watch it throughout repair and maintenance. The inspection report is awesome to let you know exactly how your vehicle is doing and what repairs you may need to start planning for. We always recommend Nealy to all our friends!

Good shop but my vehicle has been there over a week and hasn't been touched

We are so sorry you were unhappy with the time it took us to get the work done. The pandemic has put everybody in a bit of a crunch but I assure you we get to the cars as quickly as possible, each and every time. With our latest hire, we are getting faster every day.

Just moved here from out of state and lucked out finding this place! They did the Maryland safety inspections on both vehicles and some minor maintenance items we were due for. Very reasonably priced, friendly, professional, great communication! Very easy to schedule with. They kept us informed throughout the day with text updates. I was able to track their progress through their online system. They were thorough but fast. Cars were ready when promised (rare with other shops!). Very knowledgeable about our specific vehicles. We will definitely be coming back for service on our cars in the future!
