I would give the staff at Nealey 6 stars if I could! They are professional, respectful and take care of the cars as if they belong to them. I always know they will do an honest assessment of my car’s status and they never try to up sell anything. I trust them completely to keep my cars running well and road safe. A rare gem.

Great experience. Cleanest vehicle facility I visited. Cost on par with other locations; however, explanation of costs and services beyond all other locations. Excellent overview of vehicle’s status and required/upcoming services.

Best service you can ask for! It is amazing how dependable we are on our transportation. We never think about it until it becomes unreliable. In our busy lives we don’t have time for unreliable transportation. The staff at Challenger Auto and Truck service recognizes this and does everything in their power to litigate the inconvenience of a misbehaving automobile. They pick up and drop off. They will even loan you a car. Let me tell you and save you time...If you have transportation that is unreliable and is need of repair, this place is the place to go. They educate you about your car, they will repair your car and they will put your car on a maintenance plan to keep it reliable. I’m beyond grateful for this well oiled operation!
