I’m essential personnel working at the medical center in Annapolis during the COVID19 pandemic. My car has been acting funny and is almost out of warranty. I called Nealey Tire & Auto to get a oil change and asked if they could just check it out before the power train warranty is up. They changed my oil and found a leak. The most incredible part was they picked up my car while working at the hospital. Sent me the report on it through text/email. I called and spoke to Kenny who was crazy helpful on what needed to be done. They sent me a invoice to pay through email. Then, they dropped my car back off in the garage at the hospital. It was a completely touch less experience and with my shifts at the hospital and the fact that I can’t really just phone a friend to drop off and pick up my car due to social distancing....I don’t know how I would have ever got this taken care of. But it was done completely while I was at work. The support from companies outside of healthcare to keep us going has been overwhelming. It really is true....it takes a village. Grateful I can still feel comfortable with a healthy vehicle that can get me to and from home and the hospital at a time when so many other things are so uncertain.
