Warning: Long review, you can skip to end. I recently moved the area and needed to find a mechanic. I found Nealey Tire & Auto online and decided to take my car there based on the great reviews. Nealey exceeded my expectations, even with the great reviews. They were able to look at and repair my car the same day that I called. I was sent (via text & email) an electronic report card letting me know what needed to be fixed (with photos and estimated urgency). I tend to ask a lot of questions and Kenny was so kind and patient to not only discuss what was going to be done that day and give me a very fair quote, but also discuss future repairs and give quotes so I can financially plan. I knew my car was going to need a bit of work as I acquired it from family and it has high miles and I feel much more prepared knowing what work needs to be done and can try to financially plan for future repairs. In the end, the bill was ~ $50 less than the quote and when I got in my car, I was surprised by vacuumed mats, that “new car” smell, and a “thank you for your business” message. I’ve had the car back now for a few days and things are running well! I am so grateful for their service and happy to have found a shop I can trust. IN SUM: excellent prices, excellent service, and my new go-to shop.
