This is my 3rd experience (and counting!) at Rockville Tire & Auto and I have always been grateful and appreciative for the whole team to provide valuable car repair service at reasonable, fair, & affordable prices. And, whenever they discover it is a repair that is not too complicated, they are always upfront & honest about it, resulting in valuable savings compared to those expensive dealerships! While waiting for my vehicle to be diagnosed, I learned while chatting with another long-time customer of how this shop is so terrific, he has been driving for years from ANOTHER county to this shop for car repairs because Jung & the whole team are absolutely great! I was lucky to find them. Honest, friendly, professional, and great mechanics. I knocked a hole in my oil pan (and other damage) on a median. I'm from out of town and had car towed to Nealy's at night; then had to rent a car and leave to get back to work. They were really good -- sent me photos of the damage; let me know what I HAD to do and what could wait. And then they did a great job on the car. Ten stars!

Warning: Long review, you can skip to end. I recently moved the area and needed to find a mechanic. I found Nealey Tire & Auto online and decided to take my car there based on the great reviews. Nealey exceeded my expectations, even with the great reviews. They were able to look at and repair my car the same day that I called. I was sent (via text & email) an electronic report card letting me know what needed to be fixed (with photos and estimated urgency). I tend to ask a lot of questions and Kenny was so kind and patient to not only discuss what was going to be done that day and give me a very fair quote, but also discuss future repairs and give quotes so I can financially plan. I knew my car was going to need a bit of work as I acquired it from family and it has high miles and I feel much more prepared knowing what work needs to be done and can try to financially plan for future repairs. In the end, the bill was ~ $50 less than the quote and when I got in my car, I was surprised by vacuumed mats, that “new car” smell, and a “thank you for your business” message. I’ve had the car back now for a few days and things are running well! I am so grateful for their service and happy to have found a shop I can trust. IN SUM: excellent prices, excellent service, and my new go-to shop.

Friendly honest staff

I would give the staff at Nealey 6 stars if I could! They are professional, respectful and take care of the cars as if they belong to them. I always know they will do an honest assessment of my car’s status and they never try to up sell anything. I trust them completely to keep my cars running well and road safe. A rare gem.
