This was my first experience using Challenger and I will recommend them from now on. They came to my rescue of my 12-year old car with integrity, honesty; and lots of time & patience showing me videos and parts of each problem that was corrected. Best service you can ask for! It is amazing how dependable we are on our transportation. We never think about it until it becomes unreliable. In our busy lives we don’t have time for unreliable transportation. The staff at Challenger Auto and Truck service recognizes this and does everything in their power to litigate the inconvenience of a misbehaving automobile. They pick up and drop off. They will even loan you a car. Let me tell you and save you time...If you have transportation that is unreliable and is need of repair, this place is the place to go. They educate you about your car, they will repair your car and they will put your car on a maintenance plan to keep it reliable. I’m beyond grateful for this well oiled operation!

Customer Service at Nealey is exceptional. I do find the prices to be slightly higher than other shops, but the quality of work, care and overall experience makes it my go-to auto care center. I love the “report card” after every visit to give me a good idea about where my car is at and a heads up to prepare for future maintenance. Nealey is not pushy about service items, but rather, allows you to make an educated decision.
