Good prices but we needed a place that could deliver a tire to us. We were broke down and about a mile from them.

Having recently moved here, we were looking for a new auto shop. The previous reviews for Nealey were excellent, so we took our 2016 Honda Pilot there. They utilize technology very well to increase communication and education. They were friendly and the experience was great overall.

I am always pleased with the service NEALEY’s provides. I live in Arnold and it is worth the trip to Edgewater, to know that my vehicle is being taken care of by very reliable and caring staff. I can not say enough about the great service NEALEY’s provides!!

Warning: Long review, you can skip to end. I recently moved the area and needed to find a mechanic. I found Nealy Auto Service online and decided to take my car there based on the great reviews. Nealy exceeded my expectations, even with the great reviews. They were able to look at and repair my car the same day that I called. I was sent (via text & email) an electronic report card letting me know what needed to be fixed (with photos and estimated urgency). I tend to ask a lot of questions and Kenny was so kind and patient to not only discuss what was going to be done that day and give me a very fair quote, but also discuss future repairs and give quotes so I can financially plan. I knew my car was going to need a bit of work as I acquired it from family and it has high miles and I feel much more prepared knowing what work needs to be done and can try to financially plan for future repairs. In the end, the bill was ~ $50 less than the quote and when I got in my car, I was surprised by vacuumed mats, that “new car” smell, and a “thank you for your business” message. I’ve had the car back now for a few days and things are running well! I am so grateful for their service and happy to have found a shop I can trust. IN SUM: excellent prices, excellent service, and my new go-to shop.

What can I say...... Challenger, from the owner to the staff are amazing. Not only as a business, but as human beings. They are my number 1 place to take my vehicles to if I can't fix it myself. I recently had an issue with a Re-manufacture company that was... well..... for lack of better words... trying to screw me around. Challenger was honest with me about everything and kept me informed on what I needed to be replaced on my vehicle, they even sent me pictures of the faulty parts and kept me informed on what they other company was doing. I feel truly blessed to have found this company, cause with everything Challenger had to deal with the other Reman company ...... other shops would have just given up on my Truck.
