I took my car to this place for AC issue just last month and now I’m experiencing same issue.Think twice before taking your car to this place.

Update: The customer did bring his car back in for us to review after leaving this review. The problem he was having was a new problem. We showed him the codes the computer picked up since his last visit with our shop and explained the new issue. We also gave a quote for correcting the new problem and he decided not to pursue a repair. We do want to reiterate that the problem is new and not a result of the work that was done on the car in our shop. Our shop has a reputation for being able to diagnose and repair all cars but more than that our shop has a reputation for providing exceptional customer service. Mr. Mukete, we are sorry to hear that your A/C is not working again. Unfortunately, because there was no coolant in the car when you brought it in, we filled it and saw no leak but asked you to drive it and bring it back to us after a week to us for us to check again. When you didn't return we assumed that everything was ok. We will give a call now to try and resolve the problem.

The guy behind the counter is cool. The guy who worked on my car doesn't seem to car about another's property. I normally change my own oil, but didn't feel like it this weekend. I took it there checked the car out when I got home, and there was oil all over my frame, control arm, drive shaft that just got left. I took it back to get it cleaned up as it was not like that when I took it to them, and still it wasn't completely cleaned up. Then my tire pressures were set at 37 fr and 40 rear, when it's supposed to be 32 fr and 29 rear. Won't be going back there.

If I could give a higher review I definitely would. Jeff has been taking care of my vehicles since I moved to Maryland two years ago, and my Mother-in-law Jenny's for longer than that. Not once have I ever had an issue with their service, speed, or customer service. Jeff has been very clear and honest every time we go in, making sure that we understand exactly what is needed to keep us on the road. On top of the fantastic service, I have received several coupons to further discount the tremendous work. If we weren't planning on moving out of state, we would definitely keep visiting Challenger for any and all auto questions, concerns, and repairs. Keep up the great work Jeff and everyone else at the Challenger Family!

I took my 2000 Dodge Dakota to Challenger recently to get my valve cover gaskets replaced, and I am very pleased with the work performed. I did not get to meet the owner, but the service manager (Kenny) did an excellent job explaining the work needed and also provided a very accurate estimate with no hidden surprises. He even helped me with getting my truck when the job was finished. I would highly recommend this shop for your auto repairs, as I will be back again for any future work that I need.
