(Republished from my Google review): We used Nealey Auto for the first time on February 1st, we had received a "first time customer" coupon in the mail and knew that we needed some brake work done, so we decided to give it a try. Calling and setting up an appointment was extremely easy, we talked to Scott who was very friendly and accommodating. When we arrived, the first thing I noticed is that it is one of the cleanest auto shops that I have ever seen: not just the shop itself, but also the very nice customer bathroom! The waiting area is a little tight, has about 4 or 5 chairs in the hallway, though there is free WiFi and coffee/water if needed. It is a very short walk to some local coffee and restaurant places if you plan to wait for your car and need a bit more space. While I waited for my car, they do offer drop off/pick up service in the local area while your car is being worked on, a nice perk if needed. The complimentary multi-point inspection was emailed to us and is put in a very nice graphic format for our records, which is always appreciated. We also didn't feel like we were being "upsold" on anything, Scott explained that they recommended replacing power steering fluid, AND had a picture of the fluid. Showing the evidence really helps put my worries about up-selling at ease. They also recommended a new battery, but understood when I declined (I put those in myself, save a few dollars) without any pressure. We definitely plan to come back to Nealey as our local shop for sure going forward: very clean shop, no up-selling pressure, work was all done really well.
