Communication between customer and Nealey employees is excellent. If you have to wait for your vehicle service to be completed, there are beverages available and a nice large bathroom. There is no one who is treated like a stranger. The Nealey Staff of mechanics seem to want the best for their customers. I know that I feel safe having that kind of team servicing my wheels!

Great work, they are very professional and are very willing to work with people. I purchased a truck and 1,400 miles later the engine went up. The used dealership wasn't willing to help me but challenger absolutely helped me out anyway they could. Thank you guys, I won't get work done on my vehicles anywhere else because I trust challanger.

Better than I expected! They fixed a problem caused by a different shop's incompetence, plus returned my car cleaned, vacuumed and all fluids topped off. My not-so-stock Camaro and I are quite pleased with the experience. :)
