I took my automobile to other repair places and was told the dripping was from the air conditioning drain line. I then took my automobile to Nealey Auto service. They were able to determine that my dripping wasn’t from the air conditioner but from a small hole in my heater line. They repaired the problem and I have had no further issues. KUDOS to Nealy Auto Service. They will be my go to place for now on

This place is amazing! The front desk coordinator Mary was super helpful and always helpful! They got the tires I needed within 24 hours of my call (they had to order them) and put them on a few hours after that. I have a 2020 Range, so I’m used to everyone overcharging me or taking awhile to find parts for my car besides the dealer. They were the opposite. Literally the best price and the fastest. They also were extremely communicative before and after. 10/10 highly recommended!!!

Got a flyer in the mail and wanted to see what they were about. Just took my VW there. Mary and Tyler were awesome and you feel like the mechanics and team care about your vehicle and experience. There are DOZENS of auto shops on Gaithersburg, Rockville, and Germantown but they lack the feel and mission statement that Nealey has. Everyone wants to tell you that your vehicle needs some random high dollar repair or something is wrong (kind of like HVAC people telling you that your AC unit needs to be replaced.) I usually use the dealerships or other “high-end” auto shops, but realize they don’t really care about the customer. Just taking peoples money. That works once maybe, then people will just stop going. Nealey has the right people and the right mission statement, which is why they have earned my business. Taking my second vehicle in there in a few weeks. Any of the negative reviews are suspect. Go speak to them face to face and you will see why they are the people you want responsible for your vehicles livelihood. V/r
