I’ve been taking my 2008 Range Rover Sport to Nealey in Edgewater for several years for service. This time, I checked in with Vance as my POC for the first time. He was great! Vance was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about answering my questions. Aaron worked on my car inside the garage and I trust and appreciate his expertise 100%. I’d be lost without them. I took my truck to the Owings location for an oil change. The associates and technicians were very friendly, did the service quickly, and advised me of a future possible problem. I recommend this location to anyone needing auto care.

My experience at Nealey’s was wonderful - from the time I was greeted by Brittani who was warm, on-point and consultative — to the very end of my transaction. Andy was also great, further explaining the benefits of my maintenance plan, including the purchase of tires and making sure I had a total understanding of work being performed. My initial plan was to have work done on one of my vehicles but I was so pleased that I came back the next day and purchased additional tires for my other vehicle. I was pleased that Andy provided transp. to my home after drop off, and then to pick up my vehicle(s) as well. I am pleased with the work and it was done in a timely manner. All in all, I was very happy and plan on being a regular customer. Brittani and Andy made me know they were appreciative of my business and wanted to make sure I was 100 percent satisfied. I will recommend Nealey’s to my neighbors! Brittani and Andy are an asset to your establishment.

Thanks for your excellent service taking care of my 2008 Ford Expedition with over 200K miles. A special thanks for replacing the aftermarket alternator you installed a year ago with original Ford equipment completely free of charge. We just completed a drive from Maryland to Florida and no more intermittent problems with the battery light coming on. Much appreciated!!

I used to go to Valvoline for oil changes but will now go to Neeley instead mostly based on customer service at the front desk. Britney is a sweetie! She won me over!
