Charged me for an oil change and didn't actually change the oil. Dude came back in 5 minutes saying it was done, and no sticker for the new mileage until I asked about it. Car started having a low oil warning less than 200 miles later. Crooks, never going back

Had another great experience at Nealy. Polite and communicative staff. Work completed well and on time. I have 4 vehicles from an old Dodge pick-up with 200,000 miles to newer F-450 Diesel we under 30,000 miles. I take them all to Nealy.
