I'm happy to have found Nealey Auto. The quality of their work is immaculate. They do everything right. I never have to worry about them cutting corners. I really like the detailed reports on your vehicle with pictures on whats going with your car. The complimentary loaner car is a life saver. I get my car back every time cleaned and feeling like new. I took my truck in for repair work after i enter my needs on line. I was pleasantly surprised to have Ken call to discuss my issues and to set a time to have it dropped off. Once the work was done I was notified both by phone and e-mail. I was impressed with the work, the price I thought was fair and they even washed my vehicle, who can ask for anything more. I felt like they truly cared about me and the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. I'll be back when service is needed. Thanks Garry
