I took my truck in for repair work after i enter my needs on line. I was pleasantly surprised to have Ken call to discuss my issues and to set a time to have it dropped off. Once the work was done I was notified both by phone and e-mail. I was impressed with the work, the price I thought was fair and they even washed my vehicle, who can ask for anything more. I felt like they truly cared about me and the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. I'll be back when service is needed. Thanks Garry

I am so pleased that I found Nealey Tire & Auto. The service was great, the facility was also great. I worked with Scott and he went beyond what I normally associate and auto service to be. He explained each process and was quick to send emails for which I thought was outstanding. I have passed on my experience to other people and hopefully more customers will come your way to enjoy your business.

The gentleman behind the counter was really cool and nice but I found it odd that when I started bringing my vehicle there it started having additional "problems" it made me very cautious about them. I realized the folks who do the actual work scammed me when on one occasion my check engine light came on. I had my own machine that I could hook up to my car to see what "P- code" came up. When i brought my car there they said it was a different P-code that also happen to be the most expensive choice. Sorry but I'd look elsewhere.
