I've been here twice now and have received excellent service both times. They explained the details of what needed to be done in a way that was neither complicated nor condescending.

I like service & costs enough to direct my daughter and one of my best buds there. Soon as i receive my 2 free oil changes from my dealer they wont be seeing me again. My fear is that the secret will get out making it a tad harder to get in. ( handshake emoticon ).

The people at Nealy are friendly and pleasant to work with. They gave a clear description of the work done. They took me where I wanted to go while they worked on the car and picked me up when they were finished. They cleaned the inside of the car. They fixed something extra at no charge. And although it was a minor thing, they changed the wipers and it was such a thrill not to hear that irritating noise when the wipers scraped against the window!
