"First visit to your New Facility" AJ & Stephanie, I usually do not give feedback. I have used Nealey Tire & Auto for a few years. Your new facility is impressive and, I must add, clean. From the time I was referred to you until now, your company has ALWAYS provided exceptional service. Specifically, the first time I brought my Honda Civic in for service, I had received a quote from the area Honda Dealership and I was "shell shocked" by their estimate. You thoroughly inspected my car, without the foresight of my previous estimate, and gave me a list of repairs that would be needed. The list you provided was not out of line with what the dealer gave me. But there was a big difference, you let me know when the repairs should be done. In the past, the dealership put everything on one service. They were not interested in providing information that would help me gradually take care of the upcoming automotive needs. You gave me a priority list of upcoming services that greatly helped me budget. This may seem like common sense but I have never received this before and always dreaded taking my car in for service. Your ability to accurately access the immediate and "not so immediate" repairs and service for my vehicle keeps me coming back. Of course, you and Stephanie are awesome people.
