1. They tell you over the phone that a diagnostic is $50, then they charged me $98. 2. It took about a week to get a diagnostic. No clue why they do appointments. 3. According to them the car is "fixed". The car kept doing the same thing. 4. Took it back and no news for over a week. I called to find out and then told me the issue is not what they worked on. I don't even think they checked the car. I have to call to find out and then they came out with that excuse. Sorry, I am not stupid. It is doing the same thing. My opinion is they did a bad diagnostic at the beginning or really did not pay attention, took my money and now the excuse just to get rid of you. And I did not get my money back. I'll see what I can do about it. At least it wasn't thousands like the other review. One more thing. They look for other things to do in your car, be careful. They wrote in the diagnostic that the rack and pinion was leaking and it is not. I know it is not , I am mechanically inclined and work on my cars. They wrote other things as well but just to give you an example. Took it there because what I needed fixed does need special tools, and I am tight on time right now. But I am going to buy the tools and do it my self. I wish these reviews have been here earlier. Just FYI, My car was there about four weeks between the first and second visit for something that should have taken a couple of hrs. I think they are hurting for money, do not have enough personnel and are cutting corners. They may do well in routine stuff, however, when things get complicated you are basically on your own. An update for les4lifepaul. Readers listen to this person. Don't complain when things go south, and then say you were not advised through the reviews. And directly to les4lifepaul, I speak and write in three languages and hold a higher college degree. A college professor as well. True, English is not my first language and I tend to use sentence construction from my native language when I write. Commit more errors when mad too. But you should show me how it is done. I own 6 cars, three of them classics and do repairs on them unless I am tight on time, do not have the tools or want it done fast. So news for you, fixing cars is not rocket science, there are shop manuals easy to follow and youtube is taking business from mechanics for the reasons I presented above and more. People are not that stupid anymore, tired of crooked "mechanics", doing their own repairs and have the right to their own opinions. I do not know why that affects you mentally to the point that you have to use insults. Is that your deal? Do you need to insult to make people listen to you? I do not see anyone insulting you here. Showing your higher education one would think. My opinion is that insulting people does a disservice to this business. Is this the kind of person the world should take the word for it? Your business should be to present your opinion. Perhaps this person is related to this business. BTW, got my car fixed. I would not have issues paying to get my car fixed. But doing a diagnostic, saying it was fixed, then taking the car back with the exact same issue (and the noise was worse) and telling me that is another thing. Sorry! I did not complained and took my car back because I was afraid the car would get worse in their hands. They call you back for a customer satisfaction survey I believe and I told the lady the situation. She suggested me to go get another opinion and come back but I did not. All I cared for is that my car was out of their hands. Now, go fire her if you are the so called owner. To the owner response and the other one that have to insult people to make his/her point. The issue was an incorrect bearing. I did not took it back simply because I don't trust this place. And to make it clear, I am not a mechanic but come from a family where there are few and know a thing or two. Most of the time I do my own repairs unless don't have time or the tools.
