Everything was great. The only request I have is for a credit. I left my next visit coupon card in my cup holder with my lug nut remover but it didn't come off my bill not sure if discount should be $5 or $10 since my bill was over $100. Please let me know.

I would strongly recommend Challenger Auto to anyone who is looking for an honest and caring mechanic. Jeff, Phil and all of the guys have been nothing short of outstanding!! I have had my car into the shop a couple of times and they are always so quick to help and to get something scheduled and communicate very clearly what the problems are. They listen when you speak and I know that it is not this way at every mechanic shop so this is a BIG plus! Most recently I had a problem with the button that controls my window in my car, leaving my window down and Jeff had me bring it right in so he could take a look at it. Within 30 minutes (even though they were extremely busy) they had my window back up and an appointment to permanently fix it. I live in Pasadena and will not use anyone else!!
