"First time using Nealey Tire & Auto, couldn't be happier!" I needed a car inspection for State registration, having bought my vehicle from a family member. Nealey is a certified inspection station, and all reviews about Nealey Tire & Auto were positive, and it was local. Everything went fine, all the needed repairs to meet inspection were addressed, and we're on the road and happy. Kenny from Nealey discussed all the repairs needed and even though there were a lot of repairs to be done, I never felt that they weren't necessary (in the face of being able to pass a state inspection of course). Staff is great, and as a final touch, they even put a staff thank you card in the car for me, handwritten, thanking me for coming to them for my first service. It's a small touch, but there is value in the these types of things (when was the last time you got a personalized thank you card from a business? Like, never!, and it goes a long way toward getting continued business from me.

Edgewater is lucky to have this auto shop! EVERY time I take my vehicle to them, they exceed my every expectation. They are trustworthy, reliable, and I could not be more impressed with the level of service they provide. And their new service manager, Kenny, is an awesome addition to the shop.
