I have been a customer of Nealey Tire and Auto for a couple of years now and couldn't be happier with the quality of service that I have received. Thanks to the team at Nealey, my 2010 Mustang with almost 300,000 miles still keeps running, and my 2002 Chevy Silverado that sat idle in the field for almost 2 years with a dead transmission was resurrected and runs like a top. Special thanks to customer sales reps Jennifer and David at the front desk, both good people who have always dealt with me honestly; and mechanic Jason whose skill and expertise is the reason why both of my vehicles have lived to see another day. I cannot recommend the staff here highly enough. Thank you so much!

We received very courteous and professional service from staff and mechanics. They explained the issues we had with our car and gave their recommendations before they performed the work. We were instructed to bring the car back if we have any more issues. We would recommend Nealey’s to others.

I went into Nealy for an oil change and wheel bearings replacement this past Monday; they were able to honor my warranty for the wheel bearings which helped out tremendously. All of the work was done on my car by noon, which is a miracle in itself. One notable element about this auto repair shop is that you will get dealership-like service when you go to Nealy for your auto repairs. They will even drive you up the road to a fantastic, local coffee shop to wait if you prefer! Don't sleep on Nealy - book your next auto appointment with them for stellar service!
