"total customer commitment" I recently moved to shady side and was looking for a local (not big box) auto repair center that accepted synchrony car care credit card. I found that Nealey Auto did accept this card and called them regarding a number of services I needed. I was pleasantly surprised at the responsiveness of this business. I spoke with the owner AJ who was very knowledgeable and provided firm prices for a number of services. Not only did they provide a comprehensive overview of what was needed, they also made note of scheduled maintenance due as well as letting me know which work could be deferred for based on my needs and finances. Having been a service manager in the marine industry for 30+ years I have come to know the difference between extraordinary customer service and when someone is just blowing smoke. From reception to mechanic, Nealey provided first class service and I will certainly be maintaining my vehicle with them in the future.

The Nealeys are the absolute BEST! They are always extremely friendly, and do a great job explaining to me anything going on with my vehicle. Some mechanics seem to use big words, and it sounds like they're speaking in a foreign language, but AJ and Stephanie always talk to me in a way that I can understand what is going on and are always happy to answer any questions I may have. They also make things extremely easy, should my car need to be in there for more than a day, with having a loaner vehicle available for my convenience. They go above and beyond, and always make me feel like I am important, and not just 'another customer'. They do such a great job with my personal vehicle, that they now manage my company's fleet vehicles...and I will be a forever customer.
