"Excellent service" I am a car guy, I like working on my own stuff... so I try hard to find someone I trust as much as myself to work on my vehicles when I can't. Nealey's was professional, identified all the things I thought were wrong, fixed what was wrong that needed fixing right now and were pleasant to deal with. I will definitely be recommending Nealey's to my friends!

I am a new resident of Edgewater? Not being familiar with the area nor anyone to recommend a shop for an oil change when I received a flyer from Nealey Tire & Auto.I was very pleased with their outstanding Yelp reviews so I called to schedule an oil change. I scheduled an oil change with with Stephanie (co-owner). After scheduling Stephanie emailed me some question specific to the vehicle. She was extremely professional , knowledgeable and responded to the emails promptly. Prior to my scheduled appointment I received a web link to an awesome app that tracks work performed on the vehicle and much more interesting and helpful information.On the day of arrival I was greeted by Brittany who also was professional, knowledgeable, and a very good representative of the business.My vehicle was quickly put in a bay and ready in less than an hour. I also received a 12 point inspection of the vehicle and given a really easy to understand upcoming service that will need attention. I also received a "welcome bag of goodies including a voucher for a free car wash.This was a great experience and look forward to future affiliation with Nealey Tire & Auto. Thank you for making this such a comfortable and affordable experience. I highly recommend Nealey Tire & Auto for all your vehicle issues..

I have lived in the Edgewater area for 18 years and have visited many of the shops in the area, and I am thankful to say I will never go anywhere besides Nealey's again. My husband has taken my Buick LaCrosse there twice and both times the service has been outstanding. The office staff is super friendly and the shop staff is extremely knowledgeable. Sometimes when you leave the mechanic's you have that ripped off feeling, not here they go above and beyond for their customers. Thanks you all so much. You will be seeing us soon.

"2008 Chevrolet Equinox April 2017" As usual, AJ and his team provided exceptional service. I am always impressed with how detailed of an analysis is done on my vehicle. AJ also takes the time to then call and explain/answer questions. Everyone at Nealey Tire & Auto is friendly and helpful. First class service all the way!!
