Having a 2000 year car with 217,000 miles you can imagine the things that need repairing, but Nealey Tire & Auto has always been there when needed and keeps my car running in tiptop shape. When I am working, they pick up my car, service it and return it the same day so that I don't miss a day at work. Even though it is a lot of mileage on my car, Nealey Tire & Auto gives me confidence that I will have my car for years to come.

All I can say is wow. I was recommended to Challenger by a friend that road races his every day car for a four wheel alignment. I got amazing service, my technician worked with me to get as close to my specs as possible, and at the end I had a thank you letter in my car. I have honestly never experienced service like this and am floored. I will definitely be going back!

Dont know what happened to those 2 special people below but i had the best customer service imagineable. Quick and timely repair and they can take care of any maintenance needs you have. I will be bringing all of my vehicles here.

Jeff, John and their team do a great job! Moved to the area two years ago and was fortunate to find a garage with highly competent and trustworthy service. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I had a repair done on my car incorrectly, as a result it caused security censors to come on in my car. When I went back to the shop to speak to one of the managers he was rude. He tried to tell me the replacement park was probably faulty, instead of fixing the problem. He basically told me it was my problem because the guy who was working inside of his shop was no longer working there. I was very dissatisfied with the way he spoke to me and his customer service.
