"Thorough job!" Nealey Tire & Auto once again has reinforced my belief in shopping local. Just because they operate out of a small shop doesn't mean that they don't provide the best service. AJ's knowledge of cars is outstanding and it is matched by his use of technology to provide the best service to his customers. As I waited for my service to be completed I received an email with detailed pictures and updates on the condition of all the major systems of my vehicle. I now know not only what my car needed but what to expect in the future and I can make accurate budgeting decisions to be prepared. My vehicle has over 110,000 miles currently and I am positive that with the help of AJ and Stephanie it will reach 200,000!

I have had my Volkswagen serviced and repaired at Rockville Tire and Auto since June 2015, when I sought John's second opinion on the pricing and job done at a local dealership. In August, I bought a second Volkswagen, for another family member, and had the guys at Rockville Tire and Auto check it out and do all the necessary repairs. Recently, that car failed emission test, and John replaced catalytic converter, exhaust clamp and rear oxygen sensor for what I consider to be a fair price. Whenever I need a part replacement, John very professionally explains to me what is the function of the part and why it needs to be replaced. Every repair and service that I have had here has been well executed, reasonably priced, and John makes room to see me promptly to have a look at my car if it requires repair. This is a mechanic that is pleasant to deal with and, most importantly, whom I can trust, knowing that he will never replace a part unnecessarily.

"Trustworthy" Our family goes here to get our cars and vans fixed and have the oil changed because we trust AJ to do an honest and thorough job.
