"Honesty, reliability, friendliness " Every time I need the Nealey's, they are right there for me or my family. I feel that they are totally honest and genuinely care for their clients. I love the color coded inspections (red, yellow, green).

Spoke with Carolyn. She said she liked the business because they called her every step of the way until they got it all fixed. They also washed and vacuumed it. The service was superb.

"Friendly, efficient, professional." I found out about Nealey Tire & Auto from my son who earlier this year had a 5 star experience there. Until now I have religiously serviced my Subaru at the local dealer. Over time I was feeling less satisfied with the local dealer, especially with the cost of the service and the fact that instead of replacing a single defective part they would replace an entire unit. Nealey Tire & Auto replaces only what is necessary. I like that. I also like the fact that they document the needed repair complete with photographs that we are able to review on line prior to authorizing the repair. I will continue to service my Subaru and two other vehicles we own with Nealey.

"New Digs!" Nealey Tire & Auto has made an amazing upgrade to their facility but the service hasn't changed! Still your neighborhood, friendly mechanic shop with a state of the art twist. I'll continue to see AJ and Stephanie for all my auto service needs!

I was treated with respect, integrity and most importantly I was educated on aspects of my vehicle that I was unaware of.
