Horrible service complete rip off stay away from here

Hi Jessica, We'd like a chance to respond to this review as we feel it is unrepresentative of the actual service and experience your husband received. Because of the unnecessary, disrespectful, erratic behavior shown during multiple interactions, we explained to your husband that we wanted to part ways and discontinue any relationship. We repaired the initial issue at no cost (for free) with the understanding that the relationship was terminated. Just as we do with all customers, we also vacuumed the front floor mat and performed a courtesy safety inspection (all at no charge). General vehicle repair, changed both rear wheel hubs and bearings, serviced the front and rear differential, changed fuel rail pressure sensor.The whole experience was enjoyable, simple, affordable and easy. This shop has a great hometown feel. They have the customer in mind first and foremost and kept me informed throughout the entire repair. Very pleased overall and look forward to working with them again in the future.

"Excellent service " Stopped in real quick in the afternoon because I thought I had a nail - but had a de-laminated tire instead. Instead of telling me they were busy or to leave the car AJ quickly tossed the car on the lift, diagnosed the problem (and alignment issue) and provided several options within an hour. He ordered the tires, corrected the alignment, and had me out the next day. Derek dropped me off/picked me up and my car was washed and ready to go. Stephanie kept me up to date on progress on text and had the invoice waiting when I got there. Everyone there just gets it. Awesome to have this type of service in Edgewater.

"If you do not go here, you're' missing out on savings, customer service and good work." What's most important to you? Your wife? Unlike your wife your mechanic will be with you for life. This place is like having family work on your car. You will be talked to like a friend not a customer. This place will be the staple garage in the area. I even switched my oil on my new car and what man does that. I did because I trust the products they use. Go here or keep throwing your money away and being lied to by another place.
