Excellent service from start to finish! I brought my car in because the ABS light was on, which is always a stressful situation. Alan helped me out and was incredibly professional and helpful throughout the entire process. He made sure the issue was diagnosed correctly, kept me updated, and explained everything clearly. Great experience at Nealey Tire & Auto in Edgewater. Anthony Combs and Clinton took care of my Range Rover Evoque and did an excellent job. Anthony walked me through everything the inspection found and explained what needed attention now versus what could wait, without any pressure. They handled the battery, brakes, filters, and tire rotation, and were upfront about pricing throughout. Really appreciated the clear communication and honest recommendations. Highly recommend asking for Anthony or Clinton.
