I own a vehicle that can be difficult to manage. However, I'm grateful for the honest and supportive staff at Nealey. Jennifer, the receptionist, is highly knowledgeable and an excellent problem-solver. She goes beyond the call of duty to ensure that your car is fixed efficiently and affordably. The entire service team, namely Jason, never takes advantage of my limited knowledge. They always take the time to explain everything to me in detail, even teaching me about the issues. This level of service is hard to come by, which is why I wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicle.

Took my van to them which had been sitting for about 2 years. There had been work done and attempts to get it started, but I took it Nealy and they got the issue properly diagnosed and fixed what was wrong quickly. I received great service from start to finish and in my opinion a great price as well. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
