These folks work hard to keep my business and they have treated me fairly. I'll continue to use them. Though I usually stay with dealer service, while in this area on assignment, I can trust Nealey to use OEM parts and fluids when requested.

Went in for an oil change and that went as expected. They also provide an inspection with maintenance recommendations that will be helpful in planning expenses.

Outstanding customer service! Highly recommend this auto shop. I was in a pinch to get a state inspection and they were able to squeeze me in and quickly get my inspection done. The receptionist was SO friendly and accommodating! Will definitely come here again.

Fantastic car care as always. I have been going there for all 3 cars since they opened in Owings. They always provide first-rate service. I quit going to the dealer because the Nealey crew (Jenn, David, Jason and all the others) are so good, honest, fair, and professional. Much better service than my dealer. I highly recommend them!

I will only ever bring my vehicles to Nealy. As a woman I’m always worried about getting ripped off at these kinds of places, however they continue to give me the best prices. I have never had to come back after the problem I have is fixed. They do phenomenal work. My personal preference is to go to Mario, because he is very lighthearted and understood i had no idea what I was talking about. He was able to explain my cars issue to me in simpler terms and it made me feel more comfortable! I love Nealy and I highly recommend!
