They were very knowledgeable and considerate and they had something that I haven't seen in a long time it's called customer service people don't seem that to be important nowadays but I will be going back there and as of this time I will use nobody else because I like the way they do business and they treated me very well

Needed to get my brakes worked on and I was able to get an appointment the same week I called. Although there was a delay in the parts needed to fix my brakes, I still got my car back by the end of the week. Very friendly guys, even offered to get me a loner car or give me a lift to wherever I needed to go while they were working on my car.

Quick diagnosis of our issues. Neely quickly called me with the problems and sent pictures and broken down estimated for each issue. They even estimated time of completion and offered to pick me up to get the car. A professional organization all around.

The mechanics at Neely's tire and auto service are very knowledgeable Of the makeup of my vehicle. When I turned my vehicle in force service they did a very thorough job and looking over and finding every little detail that needed to be addressed and I appreciated that Their mannerisms are professional at all times I appreciate their care and detail.
