Had leaking oil pan andTransmission coolant lines. Wanted $4300 For repair. 5 other shops in the county quoted between $2000 and $2500. Avery's did it for $2100.

The staff are very courteous and helpful. I really like and appreciated the comprehensive multi-point inspection with photographs and digital report. Many times I receive a multi-point from other shops, I often question whether they are truly looking at things. With Nealy, it’s obvious they are. Had a couple minor issues as a result of the work done, but all was handled quickly and with ease. This was my first visit and although there were minor issues, I will return to give them another try.

I was able to drop my car off immediately, received an incredibly thorough e-report the next morning, no one tried to “up sell” more than I needed, price was great, got my car back the SAME day, and all the staff were SOOO nice and knowledgeable! Every time we uce Nealey in Deale it's been nothing but fantastic svc in a timely manner an haven't had a issue with any svc we had done an its aaalways a reasonable price alll the office staff are always honest an courteous they are our svc place for life

I was able to call and get an appointment for an inspection quickly. They were professional, courteous and answered all my questions. They even provided a ride for drop off and pick up!!

Thank you for outstanding customer service. I went for an oil change, but I also got a full inspection done. I received a report including pictures of what items that I need to get repaired eventually on my car. The person took time to explain everything to me. I really appreciate the honesty and the time they took with me. I can highly recommend this location for car repairs.
