Very satisfied with today service ! Exceptional communication throughout last day and half . I relayed I’m on tight budget. Although , all point inspection indicated some maintenance issues needed ,Nealey’s informed me of cost exceeding my quote and did not pressure me to go beyond my budget. I really appreciate the detail service report findings ,accompanied by photos. I haven’t had exceptional kind treatment in past with other mechanic/ tire centers. I always prepared myself to be pressured and ripped off in past . I will continue to take my cars to Nealey’s where I can trust them to not try sell me up !
