Prior to entering the facility I felt a sense of anxiety and desperation. An incident had occurred in vicinity of a construction sight. The result a leaking front passenger tire. The culprit a 4'IN screw or the would be blind driver. Once I arrive and explained what service the vehicle was in need of ... the technician patiently listened and examined the vehicle. The technician was very affirmative during and after visit/service. I would like to thank you all there at NEALY'S . HAPPY NEW YEAR

I took my 2019 Honda CRV to get new tires & it was great service! The staff was very friendly & I received a car report on what other maintenance I should get done. I highly recommend this place for any vehicle maintenance you need done. Happy customer!

I’m trying to give a full five star rating but the last star won’t give up the other half. The service was great. Andy was flexible and accommodated my changing schedule. The price was fair for the work done. Excellent communication regarding completion of the work. I will return when I need future work done.
