I dropped off my Nissan Murano late in the afternoon and the shop called at 7:00 am the next morning with their diagnosis in an effort to get parts in as quickly as possible and get the car back to me that day. I had pulled the codes before dropping it off and they had a tech ready on the call who was very knowledgeable about the specific codes and provided some details on how they affected downstream systems for my vehicle that I was no aware of and helped me better understand the symptoms I had experienced. They sent detailed quotes by text message with ability to accept / reject per line item which was very helpful. I've never seen a better customer interfacing system at a mechanic shop. I had a radiator, thermostat, and cooling hoses replaced and haven't seen any issues. My only complaint is with myself because I had a $100 coupon if work done was over a certain amount and I forgot to bring it with me when I went to pick up the car. I would recommend this vendor from my experience with them so far.
