Rear brakes and rotors were just changed on a Tahoe for $993.06. Customer service reps were nice, but upsold a family member on a brake flush for almost $200. These prices are in excess of the dealership. On previous trips to this service center the vehicle was vacuumed and a car wash gift card was provided. That was not the case this time. We will take our business elsewhere for routine work in the future.
Greg, we appreciate your feedback on your most recent visit, your opinions are valuable as we continuously strive to improve our services. We apologize if the cost of the rear brake replacement exceeded your expectations. We're constantly working to ensure our pricing remains competitive and transparent, and your input will certainly help us in that regard. Our aim is to provide quality service at a fair price, and we're actively reviewing our pricing structure to assure our prices remain competitive and fair for all parties involved. Regarding the brake fluid exchange, we want to stress that was a recommendation based on maintaining the proper operation and safety of the vehicle for you and your family. Brake fluid exchanges are essential for maintaining the integrity of the braking system and ensuring its reliable performance for the foreseeable future. Our intent was never to upsell, but rather to ensure the safety and longevity of your families vehicle. As far as the car wash vouchers are concerned the local carwash we were partnered with changed ownership and no longer offered to sell us the carwash vouchers (even at full price buying 100 at a time). Once again, thank you for sharing your feedback, and we hope you give us the opportunity to earn your business again in the future.
