I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place. Mary at the front desk was so helpful and always so easy to communicate with. She followed up with me even after my car had left their shop to make sure I was happy. I will definitely be coming back.

Rear brakes and rotors were just changed on a Tahoe for $993.06. Customer service reps were nice, but upsold a family member on a brake flush for almost $200. These prices are in excess of the dealership. On previous trips to this service center the vehicle was vacuumed and a car wash gift card was provided. That was not the case this time. We will take our business elsewhere for routine work in the future.

As far as the car wash vouchers are concerned the local carwash we were partnered with changed ownership and no longer offered to sell us the carwash vouchers (even at full price buying 100 at a time). I had a flat tire and was in desperate need of 4 all new tires. It was very unexpected but Jenn was so helpful in scheduling the car drop off and the ordering of my tires. She even noticed that my rear view mirror was off and she got that worked in there too! She got it all done in less than 24 hours! AMAZING customer service from Jenn - she truly cares about getting people back on the road. I couldn’t be happier with the quality care and service. Thanks Jenn and Nealy Auto!
