Got a flyer in the mail and wanted to see what they were about. Just took my VW there. Mary and Tyler were awesome and you feel like the mechanics and team care about your vehicle and experience. There are DOZENS of auto shops on Gaithersburg, Rockville, and Germantown but they lack the feel and mission statement that Nealey has. Everyone wants to tell you that your vehicle needs some random high dollar repair or something is wrong (kind of like HVAC people telling you that your AC unit needs to be replaced.) I usually use the dealerships or other “high-end” auto shops, but realize they don’t really care about the customer. Just taking peoples money. That works once maybe, then people will just stop going. Nealey has the right people and the right mission statement, which is why they have earned my business. Taking my second vehicle in there in a few weeks. Any of the negative reviews are suspect. Go speak to them face to face and you will see why they are the people you want responsible for your vehicles livelihood. V/r
