I went in for brakes/rotors replacement for a Benze AMG 63s. They did a magnificent job. All questions were answered to my satisfaction. They listen to you, very comfortable atmosphere. The Price was very reasonable compared to other places I went to , although Benz are not cheap to repair, especially if they are using original parts. I was very placed with their services . Go check them out , they will take good care of you / care. Very experienced.

We used Nealy to diagnose my nephew’s vehicle. Wonderful experience and customer service. Extremely thorough diagnostic. Held off on repairs mostly because we aren’t sure yet if we want to invest some much into a vehicle this old.

Although taking my SUV to Nealey was nerve wracking knowing they may not be able to help me, id been turned away by multiple other shops in the area, Jesse was friendly, honest and helpful. I appreciate that he admitted they were struggling at first to diagnose the issue and that they wanted to keep at it. Thankfully they were able to diagnose and again were transparent about what was possible for their shop to handle. They could not do my repairs but I understood and appreciated their time. Will remember and use this location for future repairs. Thanks Jesse!

The staff at this location are fantastic! They were honest about what my Jeep needed to pass inspection, and also let me know of some issues that will need to be addressed soon. The repairs and inspection fee were extremely reasonable for the amount of work they put in. We received coupons in the mail, I've never seen an auto shop do that, it was very much appreciated! They also have a loyalty program and have texted me to make sure that my Jeep is running well and that there are no issues. Very personable crew and I would recommend them to anyone! They even gave me a ride home when I dropped my Jeep off so that I didn't have to walk on the busy street. I'd give them 100 stars if it were possible.
