This shop is old school in all the right ways. Great communication, attention to detail, and incredibly thorough work. I appreciate the level of specificity they provide when offering solutions to customers based on when things need to be done. It’s refreshing to see the lifespan of major automotive systems, rather than simply recommendations to replace basically everything under the hood every time you get an oil change. I service my Volvo XC60 T6 and Toyota Sequoia here.

I don’t normally review mechanics but this is a great little spot. Took care of my wife’s car fairly quickly. The staff is very helpful and transparent. Not only that but the waiting area is clean. I know that sounds dumb but the small business mechanic shops tend to be … well if you know, you know. Overall I would recommend this location for state inspections. Also, they do other inspections for free (I.e. breaks and I assume others). Keep up the good work.

I went to Nealey tire and auto to get an estimate on having my brakes done. They were very professional and did a full inspection on the car and informed me that only the rear brakes needed to be done, which the dealership had said was needed. A thorough report showed that only the rear brakes needed to be done. I needed two other estimates before I could make a decision as to where I would take the car. As it turned out, I did not use Nealey but only because I got better pricing elsewhere. They stated the higher price was due to using certified mechanics for the work. If I had other work to be done, I would definitely take my car back to them for an estimate.
