It’s never fun trying to find someone new when it comes to certain things.. and auto repair is high on the list. I needed new brake pads and they were able to get me in on short notice. The staff was kind and thorough. No upselling. A few weeks later, my moms, 20+ year loyal to the dealership, check engine light decided to come on. After a few previous minor issues with said dealership, this time was the last straw.. so she said she would try nealey too.. she’s now a new customer too. They show you photos and make a comprehensive list of what could be done, but they don’t force anything on you. They have coupons, a loyalty program and on top of everything.. you don’t have to wait in the office.. you can walk to arundel seafood, they share a parking lot. My only concern about writing this is that next time I’ll have to wait a week to get an appointment, but I know what it’s like to be lost in the sea of choices..

Sent my car for state inspection and the process was really well organized. Jeremy was super helpful with getting my appointment scheduled, explaining the process and answering my questions. Really great service, and will be back for future maintenance/repairs

Friendly and helpful Staff. Installed, aligned 4 tires, along with a general free check over of my car. Finished in less time than they originally thought it would take. I would recommend this place for tire installation and alignment.
