My family and I have been going to this shop for years before it was bought out by Nealy Auto. They were always honest and respectful, unfortunately under this new ownership I can’t trust them like before. Now they push unnecessary repairs and the employees seem forced to upsell at every corner. I’ll be avoiding this place in the future.

We're sorry that you feel that you can't trust us. We provide detailed inspections with photo proof so that you can plan ahead for future services, you're informed of items that are ok for now but will need attention soon and we tell you what is urgent and a safety hazard in hopes that your vehicle will remain safe for you to drive. We have top notch standards to uphold and do not cut corners with cheap parts nor use the wrong fluids for your vehicle to help maintain manufacturer warranties and extend the life of your vehicle. Yes, our culture is very different from past owners but it is with the intention of providing the best care for your vehicle. Made an appointment ahead of time and dropped the car off the night before. The oil was changed and on recommendation the rear wiper blade was changed, and a tire rotation. The car was ready mid afternoon. This was a mileage based service. I have no complaints and will continue to count on Nealey for all my car services.

I can’t thank the staff enough for their wonderful attention and fast service The Newley service station in Deale could not get me in for a week I brought my car in Thursday late afternoon and they had new part and car was completed by 3pm Friday Thank you so very much
