April 2024. Great experience! I had a blown out tire and tried Neely for the first time. What a great experience from turnaround time to quality and the customer service was amazing. I would highly recommend going here and I will use them again for sure. They even gave me discount coupons for the next service. 👍. I also loved the texting service to keep me updated as my replacement service was happening. Thanks so much!

Great service from the front desk to the technicians in the back. Gave me a great price on tire, scheduled it’s mounting, and completed in a timely fashion.

Nealey was available at a drop of a dime . I needed 4 wheel alignment on my vehicle they fitted me right on with no problem. Thanks

Normally a well run shop, they had a major screw up resulting in stranding us far away with a transaxle & transmission reduced to small pieces of hot metal. Although they have promised to make good on this, the massive hassle & inconvenience should have been avoided with just a little quality control.

I went to Nealey Tire and Auto Checking do my car tire rotation they did a good Job on that and offer me a Complimentary car health checkup which I took and a good thing I did there are a few findings So I will go back to fix on the findings on the checkup I recommend this place Thank You!!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

My check engine light came on on my vehicle and I was smelling smoke. Even though Nealey's was closing, they welcomed me to come over. They fixed the problem immediately and made sure before I drove off with my kids that we were safe and showed me what happenedand and what to do and check for if it were to happen again. Words can't express my gratitude! Their customer service was superb, I will be back!
