When I left the Edgewater area I was concerned about where I would get my Honda serviced. Nealey earned my trust years ago. I was so happy to hear they opened a location in Pasadena. This location is just as professional as Edgewater. I'm still in good hands!

Took in to get estimate to have power steering line replaced. Quote came back for $1600.+ for the required repair. We turned them down, knowing that we would still have to pay the $85. Diagnostic fee. We ended up having the same work done for 1/5th of the price. One Fifth of the cost!

Mr. Beckner We understand that the expense for the repair that we recommended for your vehicle was considerable, and we understand that budgets have become tighter as expenses have become higher and higher for everyone. The investment in the repairs that we highly recommended included the replacement of all the lines for the power steering system, as when we see failures in parts of these systems, it is likely that the rest of the similar parts are in similar conditions. We need to perform a repair we can stand behind with our 5 year, 50,000 mile in-house warranty and premium parts from trusted providers. Our goal is to keep your vehicle safe for a long time after the repair. Please reach out if we can discuss because we would really like the chance to salvage this relationship! Great and fast service! I like the inspection overview that can be texted. Inspection showed my car needed new front tires. The new tires were delivered the next day and they finished servicing my car quickly!

My family and I have been going to this shop for years before it was bought out by Nealy Auto. They were always honest and respectful, unfortunately under this new ownership I can’t trust them like before. Now they push unnecessary repairs and the employees seem forced to upsell at every corner. I’ll be avoiding this place in the future.

We provide detailed inspections with photo proof so that you can plan ahead for future services, you're informed of items that are ok for now but will need attention soon and we tell you what is urgent and a safety hazard in hopes that your vehicle will remain safe for you to drive. We have top notch standards to uphold and do not cut corners with cheap parts nor use the wrong fluids for your vehicle to help maintain manufacturer warranties and extend the life of your vehicle.
