I was not impressed with Nealey. I've been a satisfied Challenger customer for over 10 years, and Nealey was a disappointment. They did an adequate job on my oil change and multi-point inspection, but said that for liability reasons they did not do repair work. I overheard a phone call in which they turned away a potential customer who wanted something on their engine repaired. All-in-all I felt like I was in a Jiffy-Lube store.
