My first visit to Nealey’s in Rockville was great thanks to Manager Mario’s outstanding customer service. I knew Mario from the Edgewater location where I live. He is always friendly, professional and knowledgeable. When I learned that he had transferred to Rockville and I had to be in Rockville for a few days, I dropped my car off for an oil change and tire rotation. It could not have been more convenient with the shuttle service that Mario offered. Mario provided the standard VIP treatment that I have become accustomed to receiving from Nealey. Thank you, Mario and staff!!

Mario was very customer service n assisted with the best options n the tires are reasonable in price n now I have no fear of driving my vehicle to more than 50 miles now tires are good I will definitely come come for my other vehicle Plus Mario is eye popping thank you Mario for your customer service 👍

First time customer who found Nealey Auto Service online. They had good reviews. And I agree with those ratings as the staff were friendly, completed servicing my car on time, gave me a detailed estimate for any additional work, & contacted me within two days asking if my car was serviced well. WOW! I will definitely return for future repairs.
