Was excited to find this place in the neighborhood as I am new to the area and the reviews were all great. However, I did not have a positive experience working with the front staff. When I scheduled my appointment, I was given an option for a cancellation the next day to which I DECLINED, because I work 6/7 days a week and could not come during business hours. When I asked for availability the following week, they said Monday and to bring my car in first thing in the morning. When I did so, turned out scheduled me for the cancellation instead even though I explicitly shared I could not go those days. At drop off the front of the house guy wasn’t even apologetic for the scheduling mistake and just said I could leave my car but he makes no promises because he scheduled me last Thursday/Friday. I do not recommend going here unless you want to feel talked down to.
