My first visit since the sale to Nealey's. I'm impressed. Long story, but the man on the desk very kindly solved a potentially huge problem for me, and he did it fast and didn't even charge me. To me, this shows professional competence and efficiency, and also honesty and kindness.

The quality of service and friendliness for everyone I came across there was top tier. I wasn't pressured into anything and the whole experience was quick and painless. I'm ready to schedule a few things in the future through Nealey Tire & Auto. To add to my review after more work was performed it seems Nealey will bend you over a barrel and charge as much as they can. The quality was fine but after a discussion about a simple bolt on loaded strut they want to come back and charge an extra $300+ for a "lifted suspension" when in reality there is zero extra work performed to install the loaded strut vs a factory strut. I should've done the work myself and drove it to another shop for a simple alignment.
