John is a good mechanic and very honest. Even with a big list from dealer, I had him telling when to do what and how long I still have. I really like this place for saving me tons of money for not doing things right away while there is still some life left on the parts.

Re-rating ... Previous 5 star review below. When Hank owned this business, I felt like I came and I got what I asked for and was informed about things that I needed when I needed them. Oil changes were 20 bucks, I loved this place. After 5 years of oil changes using the same oil that paint provided with every vehicle. Apparently, all of my cars work just fine. But now I have to put in a synthetic blend and full synthetic depending on what car I bring in because of a warranty that this place now puts out. So the oil change is up to $30 and $60 respectively. And I have a laundry list of things that "need immediate attention" . I hate to say that this seems pretty typical. Unfortunately. Walked in with my little kids, was greeted and my kids were handed a ring pop. Handed over my keys and they did a 7 quart oil and oil filter change for 26.00. play area for the kids. Toys provided. Vending machines. TV on with music. Great place. I'll be back for more services. Thank you.

Ross, we understand that a change in your routine and unexpected pricing differences can be a shock. When we perform an oil change on a vehicle, we need to use the specified oil that the manufacturer requires so that A.) all moving parts are lubricated properly with the right viscosity/chemical balance of fluid and B.) in case of an engine failure, for warranty purposes, if the manufacturer needs records of your services, you can show them you have performed proper maintenance. The list of recommendations are a mixture of some required items and some recommended items based on your vehicle's health condition as rated by your technician, and these are brought to your attention to extend the "healthy" lifetime of your vehicle.
