This is my second experience with Nealey Auto Service, and they are absolutely fantastic! I From someone who knows nothing about cars, they talk to me in a way that I can understand - which I need! :-) They tell me what is important to do now versus things that can wait. I took advantage of one of their loaner cars while mine was in the shop, and it was perfect because it didn't disrupt my normal work day. The car was clean, full of gas, and drove just great! I am also always impressed by the speed of response that you get from Kenny at the front desk - he is always quick to get back to you and very helpful! Love the staff at Nealey Auto Service and would highly recommend them!

Very professional and kind! A friend who works there, Tim, referred us to Nealey. I’m so glad he did! Kenny was in contact with me and he and Tim were extremely helpful with all of my questions and suggestions for what I wanted to do with our car in the near future. They were very honest and upfront. I’m so happy Tim referred us to Nealey. We will definitely bring all of our auto needs there in the future. Kindness and honesty go a long way and helps build trust. This is a smart company. When I walked in to pick up my car I was handed referral cards with discount coupons and a free car wash from up the street. Super smart business move. And if that wasn’t enough...when I got in my car to leave, by the center console, was a “NEALEY” koozie, sticker and pen that were neatly bundled with a note saying “Thank you got your business”. Great business people all the way around. And you know what the kicker was? I brought my car in for a flat tire and to have my lift gate repaired. Long story short, we ended up using the spare because we want to get all new tires in the next couple of months instead of buying just one for now and not repairing the lift gate until later. They didn’t charge me anything! They have earned my trust and I will definitely refer all of my friends there and I’ll be back soon to complete what I wanted to do with my car! Thank you Tim, Kenny and all of the Nealey Family for creating such a wonderfuly smart business.

Outstanding results. Took my sons high mileage car that we thought was heading for the junk yard and made it run great. Gave us a list of all the things that needed to be done and gave us the option of just fixing the items to keep it going a few more months until my son buys a new car. Highly recommend. Kenny was the person we dealt with and he was honest and right up front about everything
