Finally found a great local mechanic! AJ is friendly, knowledgeable, and doesn't sell you service that you don't need. Always follows up with a phone call or text to make sure everything is ok with the car and makes your complete service history available to you online. Nealey's has Amazing customer service and did a fantastic job on my car. I had to get the safety inspection done on my car and even though it required a good amount of work, Kenny walked me through everything that I needed and why along with the pricing. I felt comfortable with knowing that I was able to ask a million questions and Kenny patiently answered everything. I never felt rushed or that I was just another number. It's a relief to know there are still businesses who really aim to be great and treat their customers right.

I recently had my pick up truck in for some minor maintenance that was recommended. This included replacing the fluids in my diffs, transfer case, and transmission. Although I knew to perform this as a precautionary I had not expected my truck to shift like butter once I received it back. It was so smooth and quiet I felt like I had a new truck all over again. I though some minor noise and the occasionally clunky shift was just a characteristic of the truck. I am very pleased with the service and the work that was performed. It was also explained that because of my mileage I qualify for coverage on the components serviced. I dont know of any other shops that offer this! Ill definitely be back! Thanks again!!

"Very accommodating " Nealey was willing to move my vehicle to the dealership to fix all the items that were still under warranty, then return the car to the shop and have it ready in the time requested. Excellent customer service at a very reasonable price.

"2002 Dodge Ram SLT 5.9L" A coworker of mine had an issue at Admiral tire and recommend me to nealys. my husband had a rear differential issue and it was evaluated and completed in a timely manner. They properly evaluated and fixed all applicable issues pertaining to said vehicle to a satisfactory degree. Would recommend to any self-sufficient respectable individual which cares about their vehicle.
